Advantages:

Камин приятное дополнение для жилья. Для пятерых человек вполне комфортно.

Disadvantages:

Ночью в зимние месяцы холодно в доме. Отопление первого этажа с помощью электрообогревателей, но мощности в доме мало, поэтому надо выбирать, греть первый этаж, включать сауну или запускать посудомоечную машину. Часто выбивало пробки. Нет стола на большую компанию (только во дворе стоит). Во время дождя протекала крыша в одной из спален.
