Самый центр Красной Поляны, на огороженной территории бывшей турбазы, рядом с лесной зоной и чудным видом на горы. В трехминутах пешком: остановка автобуса, магазины, бары, рестораны, пункты проката. Пешеходная тропа здоровья с велодорожками.
Основное жилое пространство создано по типу студии 18 кв.м. в светлых тонах с современным дизайном "без галстуков, но с любовью", оборудовано всем необходимым.
Изюминка дачного домика - большая крытая веранда 18 кв.м. с барной стойкой, летней кухней ,зоной отдыха и чарующим видом на горы.
Утренний чай и кофе, плюс отличное настроение обеспечены. Вечерние посиделки за барной стойкой заменят поход в кафе.
