Advantages:

Милая, уютная, современная квартира. Ненапрягающая хозяйка. На понравилось.

Disadvantages:

Проживали зимой и на мой вкус прохладно было, хотя все батареи и теплые полы были включены на максимум. И для полного кайфа не хватало посудомойки.
